Every full year you stay with us, your plan automatically becomes cheaper, with discounts increasing every year up to 50% for life.

There are no forms, no codes, and no small print — it just happens.

📅 When It Starts

  • Your first loyalty year begins on your activation date.

  • The discount is applied automatically on your renewal after each full year.

  • You’ll get an email confirming your new rate before your next payment is collected.

💡 You’ll never need to re-apply or contact support — it’s built into your billing system.

🧮 How It Appears on Your Bill

Each discount appears as a line item on your monthly invoice under “Loyalty Reward”.

You’ll see:

  • The percentage discount

  • The amount deducted

  • The adjusted total for your plan

Example:

Loyalty Reward (20%) – £6.00

Total this month: £24.00

📲 Plans That Qualify

All active monthly plans qualify automatically:

  • Core

  • Explorer

  • Globetrotter

  • AeroLite / AeroPro

  • ForcesLite / ForcesPro

  • RailReach Lite

  • SailLite / SailPro

  • Responder

  • Student

💬 Contract plans (like RailReach Guard SIM) are not eligible for discounts during the initial contract term, but the discount will apply if renewed afterward.

⏸️ If You Pause or Cancel

  • Paused plans: Loyalty progress continues — your discount resumes automatically when you reactivate.

  • Cancelled plans: Your discount restarts if you rejoin within 12 months using the same account or number.

  • Multiple plans: Each plan’s loyalty is tracked separately.

🤝 Referral Rewards (Extra Bonus!)

You can also earn £5 credit per referral on top of your loyalty discount:

  1. Share your personal referral link (from your account).

  1. When your friend signs up, both of you receive £5 credit.

  1. It appears automatically as “Referral Reward” on your next invoice.

💡 There’s no limit — refer as many friends as you like!

🔒 You’re Always in Control

You can view your current loyalty level, discount percentage, and anniversary date anytime in your CyberTel Account → Loyalty.

A: Nope — it’s automatic. We track your start date and apply it for you.

Q: What if I upgrade or downgrade plans?

A: Your loyalty history moves with you — it’s linked to your account, not a single plan.

Q: Will my discount pause if I change payment method?

A: No — as long as your account stays active, your loyalty continues normally.

Q: How do I check what discount I’m on?

A: Log into your account — your active discount is displayed under “Loyalty Status.”
