At CyberTel, we believe your bill should make sense at a glance — no small print, no hidden fees.

Each monthly bill is divided into clear sections, showing exactly what you’re paying for and when your next renewal will happen.

All invoices are available anytime in your CyberTel Account → Billing.

💡 What’s on Your Bill

Section

Description

Plan Name

The name of your current mobile plan (e.g. Globetrotter, AeroPro, RailReach Lite).

Billing Period

The 30-day cycle your payment covers.

Payment Date

The date GoCardless will collect your Direct Debit.

Amount Due

The total for your plan after any loyalty discounts or credits.

Discounts

Any automatic loyalty or referral discounts applied.

Add-ons / Top-ups

Any extra data or roaming bundles purchased during the month.

Total Amount

The full amount due for that period — no hidden charges.

💬 Your first bill may include a small pro-rated amount if your activation date falls mid-cycle.

📅 When You’re Billed

  • Your first payment happens when your SIM or eSIM activates.

  • Future payments are taken every 30 days on the same date.

  • You’ll always receive an email notification before payment.

  • You can view and download invoices anytime from your dashboard.

💡 If your payment date lands on a weekend or holiday, it’s collected the next working day.

Referral Credit

You’ll see this listed as Referral Reward when a friend signs up using your link — £5 off your next bill, automatically applied.

💬 Both discounts will appear as separate line items on your invoice.

💻 Add-ons and One-Off Charges

You’ll only see add-ons if you:

  • Purchased an extra data top-up, or

  • Requested temporary global roaming outside your included zones.

Each add-on is itemised separately so you can see when and where it was used.

💡 There are never any surprise charges — you’ll always authorise any add-on before it’s billed.

🔒 Taxes & Fees

All prices shown by CyberTel include VAT.

There are no hidden service fees, setup fees, or surcharges — ever.

If you’re a business or VAT-registered customer, your VAT number will appear on the invoice automatically.

📄 Downloading Your Invoices

You can download or print invoices anytime:

  1. Log in to your CyberTel Account

  1. Go to Billing → Invoices

  1. Click Download PDF next to the invoice you want

💡 Invoices are automatically archived for 12 months for your records.

⚠️ Common Questions

Q: Why is my first bill higher?

A: It may include a small pro-rated amount depending on your activation date.

Q: Why did I get charged twice?

A: This usually means two active plans or an overlapping activation — contact support and we’ll fix it immediately.

Q: Why is my bill lower than expected?

A: Loyalty or referral discounts may have applied automatically — check your invoice breakdown to confirm.

Q: Can I change my billing date?

A: Not directly, but you can cancel and reactivate your plan on your preferred date to reset your cycle.
