Once you’ve chosen your CyberTel plan, you can decide how you’d like to connect — with a physical SIM card or a digital eSIM.
Both options include your UK number, unlimited calls and texts, and your selected data allowance.

🛒 How to Place Your Order
Visit cybertel.uk/mobile and select your plan.
Choose SIM or eSIM at checkout.
Enter your details and delivery address.
Set up your GoCardless Direct Debit for recurring monthly payments.
Receive your confirmation email — including activation instructions.
Your SIM will be shipped immediately, or your eSIM QR code will arrive in your inbox within minutes.
💳 Payments and Security
All payments are handled securely through GoCardless, our Direct Debit partner.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your first payment is processed, and future renewals happen automatically every 30 days.
CyberTel never stores your payment details — everything is managed safely through GoCardless’ encrypted system.
📩 What Happens After You Order
If you chose a physical SIM: You’ll receive it by post within 1–3 working days.
If you chose an eSIM: You’ll get your QR code instantly via email.
Once received, follow the activation steps in your welcome email or see our eSIM Setup Guide.
Your plan becomes active as soon as your SIM or eSIM connects to the network.
