Log into your CyberTel Account.
Go to My Plans → Manage Plan.
Choose Pause Plan.
Confirm the date you want to pause.
You’ll receive a confirmation email instantly.
When paused:
No payments will be taken.
Your SIM or eSIM remains active but suspended.
You can reactivate anytime with one click.

❌ How to Cancel Your Plan
Log into your CyberTel Account.
Select My Plans → Cancel Plan.
Confirm the cancellation date (usually end of billing period).
Return your SIM (optional) or delete your eSIM.
Once cancelled:
Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Your number can be transferred (PAC code) or held on file for 30 days.
No further payments are taken after cancellation.

💳 What Happens to Your Payments
When paused, Direct Debit payments stop automatically.
When cancelled, your final payment covers the remaining service days.
If you restart later, your payment schedule resets from that new date.

If you cancel but want to keep your number:
Text PAC to 65075 (free) to receive your porting code.
Provide it to your new network.
Your CyberTel plan will automatically end when your number transfers.
If you plan to come back, we can hold your number for up to 30 days after cancellation — just let us know.
