How It Works
Every CyberTel UK plan includes roaming across 205 destinations. Depending on your plan, your coverage works in one of three ways:
Standard Plans (Core, Student, Responder)
Your UK SIM roams automatically across Europe and the world's most popular destinations. A low-cost day pass unlocks wider coverage where needed. Spend Shield keeps you protected everywhere else.
Explorer Plan
Everything in Standard, plus Zone 3 — World Wide roaming is fully included at no extra cost. No day passes needed across an even bigger destination list.
Global Roaming Plans (Globetrotter, Aero, Forces, Sail, RailReach)
You get two lines working together — your UK SIM for calls and texts, and your Global eSIM for data — switching intelligently depending on where you are. Data coverage spans hundreds of destinations worldwide, with Spend Shield protecting you in every zone.
Your Spend Shield
Every CyberTel SIM has Spend Shield active by default. This means outside your included allowances, your SIM stops rather than charges. You are always in control — deactivate Spend Shield in your account settings whenever you need to, and reactivate it just as easily.
