💬 If your Global eSIM is showing “No Service,” enable Data Roaming — it must be turned on for global connectivity.
🌐 Data Not Working (Global eSIM)
Possible Cause:
APN not set correctly
Data roaming disabled
eSIM installed but not default for data
Quick Fix:
Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Network (iPhone)
or Settings → SIMs → CyberTel Global → Access Point Names (Android).
Set the APN to:
data00.telnyx
Leave all other fields blank.
Ensure Data Roaming is ON for CyberTel Global.
Set CyberTel Global as your default data SIM.
Turn Airplane Mode on and off again.
💡 It can take up to 2 minutes for your phone to reconnect after saving the APN.
