💬 If your Global eSIM is showing “No Service,” enable Data Roaming — it must be turned on for global connectivity.

🌐 Data Not Working (Global eSIM)

Possible Cause:

  • APN not set correctly

  • Data roaming disabled

  • eSIM installed but not default for data

Quick Fix:

  1. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Mobile Data Network (iPhone)

or Settings → SIMs → CyberTel Global → Access Point Names (Android).

  1. Set the APN to:

data00.telnyx

  1. Leave all other fields blank.

  1. Ensure Data Roaming is ON for CyberTel Global.

  1. Set CyberTel Global as your default data SIM.

  1. Turn Airplane Mode on and off again.

💡 It can take up to 2 minutes for your phone to reconnect after saving the APN.
