Your first payment with CyberTel is quick, simple, and handled automatically via GoCardless Direct Debit — our secure payment partner.
Here’s everything you need to know about when you’ll be charged, what your first bill includes, and how to view it.
📆 When Your First Payment Happens
Your first payment is collected on the day your SIM or eSIM is activated.
This charge covers your first 30 days of service.
Payments are processed securely through GoCardless, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
Future payments are automatically taken every 30 days from that same date — no manual payments needed.
🧾 What Your First Bill Includes
Your first bill usually covers:
Your chosen monthly plan (e.g., Core, Explorer, Globetrotter, etc.)
Any optional add-ons, such as extra data or roaming passes
Your billing cycle start and end date
You’ll always see a clear breakdown in your account dashboard — no hidden fees or surprises.
💸 Viewing Your Bills and Invoices
You can view your bills anytime through your CyberTel Account:
Log in with your registered email.
Go to Billing & Payments.
Select any month to download your invoice as a PDF.
Each invoice includes your plan name, data allowance, and billing period.
💰 Loyalty Discounts
CyberTel rewards loyalty automatically — no forms, no requests:

Your discount applies automatically on your renewal date each year.
You’ll see this reflected on your invoice line item as “Loyalty Discount”.
💳 How Direct Debit Works
Your GoCardless setup link is emailed immediately after you place your order.
Payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee — you’re always covered in the event of an error.
You can change your payment account or cancel your Direct Debit anytime via your CyberTel Account.

Q: Why is my first payment higher than expected?
A: If you upgraded your plan or added a data pass mid-cycle, those appear on your next bill.
Q: When does my plan renew?
A: Every 30 days from the date your SIM or eSIM was activated.

A: Yes — eligible plans can be paused anytime from your CyberTel Account.
Q: Will my bill change when I travel abroad?
A: No — your included roaming allowances are part of your plan. You’ll only pay extra if you exceed those or use PAYG in unsupported zones.
