CyberTel accepts:

Business Accounts – can request consolidated billing for multiple lines.

You can update your billing details anytime in your CyberTel Account > Billing section.

All payments are handled by GoCardless, a UK-regulated Direct Debit provider.
Your payments are covered under the Direct Debit Guarantee, meaning:
You’ll always be notified before a payment is taken.
You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time.
If a payment error occurs, you’ll receive an immediate refund.

Each year you stay, your discount increases:

📆 Pausing or Cancelling Billing
You can pause or cancel any 30-day plan through your CyberTel Account at any time.
When you pause, your plan and number are held — no extra fees, and you can reactivate anytime.
If you cancel, your final payment will cover the remaining period — no hidden charges.
For Forces, Sail, and Aero customers, pause-on-deployment is automatically supported.
💰 Refunds
If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged or double billed:
Check your recent invoices in your CyberTel Account.
Contact our billing team with the invoice number.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.
