At CyberTel, we keep billing simple — no hidden fees, no surprises, and no mid-contract price hikes.

Your plan renews automatically every 30 days (or per contract), and payments are securely handled through GoCardless Direct Debit.

You can manage everything — payments, invoices, and discounts — directly from your CyberTel Account.

🧾 Your Payment Options

CyberTel accepts:

  • Direct Debit (GoCardless) – default and recommended (protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee).

  • Business Accounts – can request consolidated billing for multiple lines.

  • One-off Payments – for top-ups or non-recurring services.

You can update your billing details anytime in your CyberTel Account > Billing section.

🔒 Security & Protection

All payments are handled by GoCardless, a UK-regulated Direct Debit provider.

Your payments are covered under the Direct Debit Guarantee, meaning:

  • You’ll always be notified before a payment is taken.

  • You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time.

  • If a payment error occurs, you’ll receive an immediate refund.

CyberTel rewards loyalty automatically — no forms, no codes, no renewals.

📆 Pausing or Cancelling Billing

You can pause or cancel any 30-day plan through your CyberTel Account at any time.

When you pause, your plan and number are held — no extra fees, and you can reactivate anytime.

If you cancel, your final payment will cover the remaining period — no hidden charges.

For Forces, Sail, and Aero customers, pause-on-deployment is automatically supported.

💰 Refunds

If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged or double billed:

  1. Check your recent invoices in your CyberTel Account.

  1. Contact our billing team with the invoice number.

  1. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

Q: Can I change my payment date?

A: Not directly — but you can cancel and re-activate your plan on your preferred date.

Q: Will my loyalty discount continue if I pause my plan?

A: Yes! Loyalty discounts carry over automatically when you resume.

Q: Can I use a credit or debit card?

A: All plans use GoCardless Direct Debit — this ensures protection and simplicity.

Q: What happens if my payment fails?

A: We’ll notify you instantly and retry automatically within 48 hours before any suspension.
