⚙️ What You Can Do in Your Account
Your account gives you full control over your CyberTel plan:

Plan Management | Upgrade, downgrade, or change plans instantly. |
Billing & Payments | View invoices, manage Direct Debit, download PDFs. |
Usage Tracking | Check your remaining data, call minutes, and texts. |
SIM & eSIM Settings | Re-download eSIM QR codes or order a replacement SIM. |
Pause or Cancel | Pause your plan anytime or cancel with no fees. |
Account Details | Update your name, email, or address. |
Support Access | Contact CyberTel support or raise a request directly. |
📱 Managing Multiple Devices or SIMs
If you have multiple CyberTel SIMs (for example, UK + Global eSIM, or a family account), you can view and manage them all from one login.
Each SIM shows its own:
Active plan name
Data usage
Renewal date
Roaming zone access
You can toggle between them easily from the My SIMs page.
💳 Updating Your Payment Details
You can update your GoCardless Direct Debit details directly from your account:
Go to Billing → Payment Method.
Select “Update Direct Debit.”
Follow the secure GoCardless link to add your new account details
Changes take effect immediately for your next billing cycle.
📬 Accessing Your Invoices
From your dashboard, click Billing & Payments.
Choose a month and click Download PDF.
Your invoice will open in a new window — perfect for records or reimbursements.
🚨 Lost Your SIM or eSIM?
If you lose your device or SIM, don’t worry — log in to your account and:
Pause your plan temporarily
Request a replacement SIM or eSIM QR code
Contact support directly for immediate help
We can block your old SIM instantly and issue a new one the same day.
