πŸ“± Managing Multiple Devices or SIMs

If you have multiple CyberTel SIMs (for example, UK + Global eSIM, or a family account), you can view and manage them all from one login.

Each SIM shows its own:

  • Active plan name

  • Data usage

  • Renewal date

  • Roaming zone access

You can toggle between them easily from the My SIMs page.

πŸ’³ Updating Your Payment Details

You can update your GoCardless Direct Debit details directly from your account:

  1. Go to Billing β†’ Payment Method.

  2. Select β€œUpdate Direct Debit.”

  3. Follow the secure GoCardless link to add your new account details

Changes take effect immediately for your next billing cycle.

  1. From your dashboard, click Billing & Payments.

  2. Choose a month and click Download PDF.

  3. Your invoice will open in a new window β€” perfect for records or reimbursements.

🚨 Lost Your SIM or eSIM?

If you lose your device or SIM, don’t worry β€” log in to your account and:

  • Pause your plan temporarily

  • Request a replacement SIM or eSIM QR code

  • Contact support directly for immediate help
