Before installing your eSIM:

  1. Make sure your phone is unlocked and eSIM-compatible.

  1. Connect to WiFi (you’ll need internet for activation).

  1. Have your QR code ready — it’s emailed to you after checkout.

  1. Choose which SIM slot you want to use (for dual SIM devices).

You’ll also receive a setup confirmation email once your plan activates.

  • Check your welcome email titled:

  • The QR code will appear alongside your plan details.
